Are you an experienced bookkeeper with a passion for
helping businesses grow and thrive?
Bookkeeper II (Remote)
Part to Full Time Equivalent (30-35hrs)
Compensation: $24–$27 per hour, commensurate with education, experience, and demonstrated proficiency.
We’re not your typical bookkeeping firm — and we’re not looking for a typical bookkeeper.
Details Matter Bookkeeping & Advisory is a growing, tech-forward accounting firm serving small businesses across a variety of industries. We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper II to join our team — someone who is confident managing multiple client accounts, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in clean, accurate financials.
This is a fully remote position, so we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and able to manage their time and priorities independently while staying connected with the team.
Position Overview
The Bookkeeper II is responsible for full-charge bookkeeping for a portfolio of small-business clients. This includes managing day-to-day financial activity, maintaining accurate books, and ensuring clients receive timely and reliable financial information.
This position requires prior experience working with multiple clients, strong QuickBooks Online expertise, and a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
Because this is a remote role, the ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage deadlines, prioritize tasks across multiple clients, and stay organized without direct daily supervision.
