What You’ll Do

• • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients across various industries.
  • Reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for financial improvement.
  • Provide insight and support to help clients achieve their business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• • U.S. Citizens
  • At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a multi-client or small business capacity.
  • Bookkeeping Certifications or Associates Degrees will be given priority.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • A team player who values collaboration and continuous learning.
