TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QuickBooks Online training course (“Course”) and related subscription services (“DIY+”), offered by Details Matter Bookkeeping & Advisory LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or accessing the Course or DIY+ plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. COURSE ACCESS & USE
- The DIY standalone course includes 90 days of access from the date of purchase.
- After the initial period, you may choose to extend access at a monthly rate of $150/month, billed until canceled.
- The DIY+ plan includes access to the full course and participation in live group office hours for the duration of your chosen commitment (3 or 6 months), followed by optional month-to-month access if you continue your subscription.
- You may not share your login credentials or course access with anyone else.
- All materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed in any format without prior written consent.
2. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
- Payments for DIY and DIY+ programs are non-refundable, including early cancellations.
- DIY+ plans include a minimum commitment period (3 or 6 months). By enrolling, you agree to be billed monthly for the full duration of the commitment period.
- After the commitment period, you may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@detailsmatterbookkeeping.com at least 5 business days before your next billing date.
- If you purchase a course extension for the standalone DIY course, your card will be charged monthly until you cancel the extension.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
- All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to videos, text, templates, workbooks, graphics, and downloads, is the intellectual property of Details Matter Bookkeeping & Advisory LLC.
- Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, resale, or public display of course materials is strictly prohibited.
- You may not claim any course content as your own or use it to create derivative works for commercial purposes.
4. NON-AFFILIATION WITH INTUIT
- This course is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc., the makers of QuickBooks Online.
- QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and related marks are trademarks of Intuit Inc., used here solely for educational reference purposes.
5. DISCLAIMERS
- This course is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional tax or legal advice.
- You are solely responsible for your use of the content and for ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and tax laws.
- We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, financial results, or QuickBooks proficiency after course completion. Results vary depending on your business, effort, and implementation.
6. PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING
- We respect your privacy. Information you provide during enrollment (such as your name, email, and payment details) will only be used to deliver the course and manage your subscription.

7. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Course or DIY+ plan after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
