We are so excited to announce our newest partnership with Bill.com. Bill.com is an amazing tool for accounts payable, but can also be used for accounts receivable and receipt and expense management. But wait, there’s more…Bill.com has also acquired an expense management and corporate card company called Divvy. If you are a newer business that is struggling to get a business credit card or have staff that you would like to have cards, but want to manage their spending, then this is the software for you. And you don’t have to use their card, you can link other major credit cards as well. Best of all, it’s free with the Bill.com subscription.
You already know we’re experts at QuickBooks Online, which is our main piece of accounting software. But if you’re reading this and you’re still on Desktop, we need to talk. QuickBooks has already discontinued Desktop in the UK and it seems to only be a matter of time before they take it off their product list entirely. Not only does it keep all of our tasks for each client organized, but it is fully integrated with QuickBooks Online. It has incredible reviewing tools that help us watch every detail to make sure your business finances are as accurate as possible. The secure client portal let’s us keep all of your files like bank statements and payroll reports organized and provides an easy way to communicate back and forth. We can also create beautiful reports with an easy to read summary page. We can track important KPIs (key performance indicators) like profit margins and we provide these reports to all of our clients via the portal every month. Since we’re saving time on data entry and review, we have lots more time to provide more advisory services which are included in our full and premium packages.
